Roof Restoration Process
To start with, we identify any cracked or broken tiles and replace them. Even tiles with the tiniest, hairline cracks will be replaced to increase roof life.

Once repairs have been made, we’ll clean the roof by pressure cleaning. This is going to get rid of dirt, mold and lichen, improving the appearance of your home and reducing damage.

Roof restorations will often need re-bedding and repointing. While this isn’t a stage that’s necessary for every roof, if we find any loose tiles we’ll make sure to perfectly re-bed and re-point so that you get the perfect looking roof you deserve.

Once the roof has been repaired and cleaned, we’ll apply filler coats, protective coats and seals. During this stage we’ll paint the roof with an airless sprayer, and paint any areas that the sprayer can’t reach by hand.
